My only recommendation is regarding the document access. Submitting and signing was easy. Finding documents I previously submitted was easy. However it was more difficult to find previously signed documents was harder. For instance when I wanted to go back to the Closing disclosure, I had to find the old email and use that link. Then to print the document, I had to take screen shots. Admittedly I didn't ask for help, but it certainly wasn't straight forward. |
